Get Involved!

There is plenty of work to do in our community in order to keep it healthy, safe, prosperous, and fun place to live.  The work of the Association is carried out through committees of volunteers.  Please consider joining a committee and get involved.     

 

Public Relations Committee: 

The Public Relations Committee meets as needed in order to coordinate the design, creation, and distribution of the community newsletter, the Ridgeleigh Review; maintains the Association's website; keeps members informed of community news and events; serves as a liaison between our community and other organizations.   Contact pr@ridgeleigh.net.


Youth Committee:

The Youth Committee meets as needed to provide various oportunities for young people in the community; organizes Movie Night in the Park; organizes an annual Halloween Party in Ridgeleigh Park; coordinates volunteer activities to get young people involved in the community and complete community service hours for local schools.  Contact youth@ridgeleigh.net.


Membership Committee:

The Membership Committee meets as needed in order to promote membership; promote participation of new members in committee work, running for office, and working for the association; and  welcoming new families to the neighborhood.   Contact membership@ridgeleigh.net.

 

Community Improvement Committee:

The Complaint Committee is available address any neighborhood concerns or issues such as public health, safety, code enforcement, zoning, traffic, and crime.  They research any issues and then present potential solutions or actions to the Board of Directors for further action.    Contact action@ridgeleigh.net.


Greening Committee:

The Green Committee organizes an annual community clean up.  They also organize other community projects in order to promote sustainability and the conservation of the environment.  Contact action@ridgeleigh.net.

 

Block Captains:

Block Captains adopt a street for the purposes of delivering newsletters and flyers.  They also serve as a liaison between the residents of that street and the Association.  Contact membership@ridgeleigh.net.
